Our Caravan & Motorhome site in Hilmarton, Calne
You can park and ride with us to anywhere. Enjoy a coffee and a pastry at our coffee and farm shop, and buy some local produce and fresh flowers. Have a pint or two in the pub or beer garden, then come for dinner and relax in the tranquility of our beautiful little village. The next day, have breakfast with us and explore the wonders of North Wiltshire.
Explore Calne, Royal Wootton Bassett, Melksham, Marlborough, Swindon. Our pub is well connected; in fact, we have the Stagecoach n.55 bus stop right in front of the pub. The area boasts plenty of natural beauty, peaceful countryside walks, farm shops, National Trust sites, local markets, and much more!
Electric Charging Point
You can charge your caravan batteries with one of our 5 pitches. Electric is included in the price.
Private Parking
Our caravan space is detached from the pub and offers a private space. The car park is reserved for hotel and restaurant guests. The caravan pitch gate is locked and only our caravan guests are provided with keys.
Pub, restaurant and Hotel services
Our pub and restaurant is open 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday. We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner and The bar is open all day. Check our opening time and book with us.
Water & ELSAN facility
Our pitches have water taps, grey and black water disposal and ELSAN disposal, however, we currently do not provide toilet and shower facilities.
24 hrs CCTV in operation
Our car park is provided with 24 hrs CCTV coverage. Additionally, You will be provided with a lock password to get in and out the parking plot. The car park and caravan space is at owners own risk.
5 Pitches Facilities
Our caravan space has 5 hard standing pitches, and there is plenty of space for camping...

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Remember to check the pub's opening times (the pub and office are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). Use contact@dukehotelhilmarton.co.uk to get in touch with us you wish to check in during non-opening hours or for a longer stay.

CHECK-IN: Park in the car park and head to The Duke's bar. Ask the manager to check-in and he will ask to pay upfront upon arrival (amount in full according to the duration of your stay. We will then provide you with a gate code to enter in the site.
If you would like to check-in during non-opening hours such as Sunday evening, or Mondays and Tuesdays, please contact us directly, we will take payment over the phone and give you the gate access code over the phone.

CHECK-OUT: by 11 am the next day.
WEATHER: A couple of days prior to your stay, please make sure to contact us. Our pitches are hard standing; however, the field is grass and can become wet during heavy rain. We do not take responsibility for breakdowns on site.
CARAVAN SITE RULES: 1. Be respectful of the environment; no trash or dog waste/bags are tolerated on site. 2. Please respect others and their space.
3. DOGS must be kept on a leash at all times, as there may be children, individuals with allergies, or those who simply do not like other dogs. caravan site is not fully enclosed, so dogs can escape if not leashed. Please keep the gate shut at all the time.
4. Fires & BBQ: We do not allow bonfires, ground fires, fire pits, or open fires. You may use your own BBQ (we do not take responsibility for fire accidents or injuries). We do not provide fire extinguishers in the field.
5. Please use our waste disposal correctly and clean it after use. We have bins for general waste and recycling. Please be aware that if trash is not disposed of correctly, we may be subject to fines, which will be reimbursed by the caravan guests if this occurs.
DISCLAIMER: We have 24-hour CCTV in operation at the site entrance, but we cannot prevent theft or vandalism. Our toilets are available during opening hours (of the pub and café) and remain closed overnight. We do not provide free Wi-Fi in the caravan site (available in the pub and café only). We have no shower facilities.
