What we offer
As we are a small independent business, we do everything all together, so there is more space to learn any area of the business trade. You will have the opportunity to learn and running an hospitality business with numerous operating areas such as: pub with bar, restaurant, hotel rooms, function room for private hiring, events & weddings and the caravan site.

Uniforms
We provide partial uniforms. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available at work for staff to clean uniforms.

 Breakfast ChefWe need a Breakfast Chef full time, working Monday to Friday. Expected to be sorting prep and helping with lunch service. |  Sous ChefWe are looking for a food lover and team leader who can give us the next step for our kitchen. Ideally, a Sous-chef looking to step up to the Head Chef role within a year. The job is Wednesday to Sunday (Full-time only). |  HousekeepingFlexible morning work. The Hotel is open 365 days a year, so 7 days a week. We only have 5 rooms to take care of. Duties include the management of the cleaning of the rooms, and also toilet cleaning for the pub and once-a-week cleaning for the restaurant room and bar area. |
