Inspired by traditional Japanese technique and seasonal Wiltshire produce, our Head Chef has created a 7-course tasting menu celebrating precision, balance, and refined ingredients. This is not traditional Japanese cuisine, but a unique interpretation that brings together classical Japanese flavours with contemporary British influence.
