Inspired by a recent trip to China, our Head Chef has created a 7-course tasting menu celebrating the rich flavours of Imperial Beijing, reimagined with the finest seasonal British produce from Wiltshire. This is not traditional Chinese cuisine, but a unique interpretation that brings together classical Chinese flavours with modern British cooking.
